100 free premium and professional WordPress themes
Every year you can find enormous lists with many free WordPress themes. Usually these themes are quite OK, but not briliant. It often bothers me that many of these free premium themes are not really xhtml, although the author clearly states it should be xhtml valid directly ‘out-of-the-box’. It’s a shame to scroll through hundreds of themes, only to find out later that the theme you chose has all kinds of xhtml errors after activating it.
This year Dainis Graveris posted a humongous list of free ‘premium and professional’ WordPress themes. Some of those themes are real gems. The theme I liked most was the LiveTwit Theme, this great theme streams real time tweets on your blog automatically.
