Instructions on how to use the .asl in Photoshop
Place the .asl file in the Photoshop directory within:
Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Styles
Start Photoshop and go to /Edit/Preset Manager. Then select ‘Styles’ within the preset manager. Press ‘Load’ and select the .asl file. You’re done!

Using the styles
Simply open a file or start a new project in Photoshop. Make one layer and go to the layer properties. Select ‘Layer Styles’ and there you’ll see all new web2.0 layer styles.
